Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the development and implementation of advanced LSR molding techniques, including two-shot molding and complex part design.
• · Providing technical expertise on LSR material selection, processing parameters, and mold design to ensure optimal product quality.
• · Staying updated on industry trends and emerging LSR technologies to identify potential improvements.
• Overseeing large-scale LSR projects from concept to production, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  · Collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, quality, manufacturing) to ensure project goals are met.
• Analyzing manufacturing data to identify and address process bottlenecks, improving cycle times and yield.
  · Conducting design of experiments (DOE) to optimize molding parameters for consistent product quality.
  · Developing and implementing process control plans to monitor and maintain quality standards. 
• Coaching and mentoring junior LSR engineers, providing technical guidance and career development opportunities.
  · Leading technical discussions and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Identifying opportunities to improve existing LSR products or develop new applications.
  · Collaborating with research and development teams to explore new LSR materials and manufacturing technologies.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Recognized degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automation Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment. 

• Deep understanding of LSR material properties, processing techniques, and mold design principles.
• Extensive experience in LSR manufacturing environments, including hands-on experience with molding machines and process monitoring tools.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
