Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of HR business partnering and HR operations support
• Manage end to end recruitment process. From job requisition , job posting, selection and interview, job offer and onboarding
• Collaboration and partnership with universities, polytechnics and ITEs on career fairs and internship opportunities
• Address employee inquiries, grievances and disciplinary issues
• Update and maintain HR database
• Participate in continuous improvement on HR processes
• Hands on experience in performance appraisal process
• Administer employee benefits, insurance and WICA
• Support the planning and execution of company CSR activities and events
• Manage overseas travel arrangements
• Monthly HR reporting and Ad-hoc HR projects when assigned
• Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives

Experience Required:

• Min 3 years of HR experience in manufacturing industry
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Laws and Regulations
• Familiar with RBA requirements
• Ability to relate and communicate well

Education/Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in HRM or related discipline
