Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing HR strategies that align with the organization's overall business goals, ensuring HR initiatives support the company's long-term vision and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand, align and execute HR strategies with the organization's business objectives.
- Conduct regular meetings and consultations to ensure HR initiatives directly contribute to achieving the company's long-term vision.
- Analyze current talent pools and identify skills gaps within the organization.
- Anticipate future staffing needs by projecting retirements, turnovers, and expansion requirements.
- Develop recruitment, succession, and talent development plans to ensure the right people with the right skills are in place to meet strategic goals.
- Overseeing the recruitment and retention of a skilled workforce, including implementing effective hiring processes, onboarding, and talent development strategies.
- Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify key roles and competencies, maintain talent pipelines, and enhance employer branding.
- Oversee performance evaluations and provide coaching.
- Implement talent development and training programs, identify high-potential employees, and address retention issues.
- Developing and administering competitive compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and perks that attract and retain top talent
- Implementing a fair performance evaluation systems through clear goals setting, providing feedback, and driving continuous improvement in employee performance to achieve business objectives.
Experience Required:
- Well versed with Microsoft applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and develop effective solutions.
Education/Qualification
- Min. Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Good knowledge and understanding the interpretation of employment related Acts and other relevant regulations.
- Min. 10 years of HR and Administrative working experience especially in manufacturing environment
