Job Summary:

The HR Executive will manage recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance to support smooth HR operations and a positive workplace culture at RICO Engineering Works Pte Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
-Process payroll and manage employee benefits.
-Address employee concerns and enforce HR policies.
-Ensure compliance with Singapore’s labor laws.
-Coordinate training and development programs.
-Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

-Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
-2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in engineering/construction.
-Knowledge of Singapore’s Employment Act.
-Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS (e.g., Info-Tech) is a plus.
-Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
