Administrative cum Logistics Officer

Our Client is looking for a skilled Administrative cum Logistics Officer to oversee various administrative tasks, including HR, finance, procurement, logistics, and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Manage general administrative tasks, such as correspondence, filing, and data entry
- Handle HR-related tasks, including employee data management, leave administration, and benefits coordination
- Draft quotations, invoices, and other financial documents
- Procure goods and services, including obtaining supplier quotations, issuing purchase orders, and managing inventory
- Coordinate logistics, including arranging delivery of prefab MEP modules to construction sites
- Maintain accurate records, including financial documents, employee records, and inventory management
- Schedule machine maintenance and ensure license renewals are up-to-date
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in administration, HR, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
