Resposiblities:

• Reports to Production Planner
• Coordinate raw material flow into the workshop and ensure timely input
• Assist the planner to plan and prioritize materials and operations to ensure maximum performance and minimal delay
• Assist in weekly material and machine loading plan
• Liaise with Procurement, Logistics, Production and Engineering department for flow of MPC (Manufacturing Process Chart), material deliveries and outsourcing schedules
• Involved in machine planning
• Compilation of OT Meal allowance for employees

Requirements:

• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma in Engineering/ NTC-2 in Machining Trade will be preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment will be preferred
• Strong analytical and effective problem-solving skill
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office (MS words, Excel, Power Point).
• Good interpersonal and communication skill and ability to interface with all levels of people.
