Roles & Responsibilities

• Reports directly to CFO
• Head and manage the team of finance / accounting staff in the Account Department
• Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team to support all business requirements as well as ensure
• Timely and accurate submission of monthly management, accounting and other reports including annual statutory
• reporting and compliance
• Hands On experience in Accounting entries – AR/AP/GL
• Ensure accurate and timely Month end closing on a monthly basis
• Oversee the assessment and management of Financial, accounting, taxation, cost and budgetary control.
• Fund flow and working capital management
• Review Account Payable, Account Receivable, fixed Assets, GST, GL
• Review and manage audit schedules and queries from external auditor and tax agent
• Co-ordinate with external parties such external and internal auditors , tax agent, lawyer, bankers, company secretary and other
• Government authorities as well as act as key member of the management team for strategic, financial advisory and day to day decision Making.
• Handle all financial records and consolidate all expenses
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and variances and keep accurate and updated accounting records
• Involve in yearly inventory / stock take – ensure ERP record tally with physical stock take for all raw materials
• Supervise Stock Inventory, ageing and stock control
• Review and implement internal control standard and system
• Consolidation of accounts for Company with its subsidiaries
• Tax computation, ECI, corporate tax, GST, XBRL - prepare and submission
• Company on-going IPO listing in Taiwan
• Support directors on listing obligations, compliance and corporate governance matters
• Review corporate actions carried out and provide leadership and direction to ensure high standards of accounting, cost control
• And credit control and management
