The individual will be instrumental in creating precision components by programming CNC machines and drafting using CAD/CAM software while ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently program CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts as per detailed specifications.
• Utilize CAD/CAM software to develop comprehensive drafts and CNC programs.
• Accurately interpret and analyze engineering drawings and blueprints for optimal outcomes.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to guarantee the optimal functioning of CNC machines.
• Perform detailed inspections and quality assessments using precise measuring tools.
• Identify and resolve minor issues with CNC machining processes autonomously.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Higher Nitec or an equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Precision Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in CNC programming and proficiency in CAD/CAM software is essential.
• Thorough understanding of machining techniques and procedures.
• Hands-on experience with 5-axis CNC machines is highly beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving abilities alongside keen attention to detail.
• Capability to interpret and comprehend complex technical documents accurately.
