Our client is looking for a Sales & Application Engineer to identify and engage potential client. You will also need to develop and deliver sales proposals, and to achieve sales target to contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their technical needs related to silicon photonics wafer level testing and fiber active alignment assembly.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our silicon photonics equipment.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into future product enhancements.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in silicon photonics technology.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in sales and application engineering, preferably in the silicon photonics industry.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of silicon photonics wafer level testing and fiber active alignment assembly.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support customer engagements.

Education/Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Photonics, or a related field.
