Our Client is seeking an Architectural Coordinator who has a technical know-how and is able to coordinate with team members and subcontractors. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Familiar with architectural works in construction industry. Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings and contract specifications.
• Able to interpret drawings and details.
• Attend construction meetings, monitors and processes site queries, prepares reports, and performs other ancillary administrative responsibilities related to assigned projects ,
• To coordinate with other team members and subcontractors to resolve any challenges
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review the accuracy of construction drawings, charts, and forms.
  
• Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters Includes assigning and monitoring daily tasks and communication, as well as creating reports and updates for the project manager and other members of management.
• Assist with quality control measures to ensure our team are able to meet the project's specification and industry standards. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all on-site activities including daily reports, progress updates and any incidents 
• To ensure works carried out meet company's quality standards & contractual requirements
• To assist Site management in project planning, coordination of all architectural finishing works.

Education/Qualification:

• At least a Diploma in Engineering
