Our client is seeking QC Inspector with will assist in the production process in quality control. He/She will need to be a able to assist during internal and external audit, and good team player in meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the quality of machining activities
• Report quality of machining activities and proposed solution.
• Propose & implement process changes to improve quality
• Implement surveillance activities relating to quality for external and internal machining activities
• Receive materials and reviews supplier documentation to determine dimension specifications, measurements, and tests required to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Performs SAP transactions after completion of QC operations.
• Assists during internal/external audits (API, ISO, and customer).

Requirements:

• Able to understand and interpret complex blueprints/technical/engineering drawings.
• Able to perform inspection using precision measuring equipment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Education/Qualification

• 3 years of hands-on experience as Quality Control in related industries.
• At least a Higher Nitech diploma.
