Job Description

• Incharge of production mold set up, process troubleshooting to ensure smooth production with quality output.
• Execute production plan to ensure meeting daily production plan.
• Keep records of inventory and ensure that there is sufficient material inventory for production use.
• Must have relevant experiences in setting up injection moulding machines for precision plastic part.
• Ensure production area is safe to work, productive and has required inventory.
• Able to work independently.
• Maintain and improve moulding processes to reduce discrepancies.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Knowledge of production process and experience in manufacturing would be a plus
• Train the operators in safety, handling and basic machine operator of production
• Inspect and upkeep the company's facility such as cooling tower, air compressor etc.
• Upkeep basic cleanliness of production areas
• Carry out new/ modified mold testing and document the testing process.
• Document all information as per requirement in the quality manual and plan.
• Good in both written and verbal english communication skill.
• Able to work on rotating shift work and overtimes
• Minimum GCE"5" O level with 5 years related experience
• 6 Days work week
