Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Corporate Quality Manager in coordinating and maintaining company wide QMS Programs
• Establish and implement new Quality initiatives in compliance to specified documentation, regulatory requirements as well as customer requirements
• Provide trend data from operations for management review
• Conduct periodic internal quality audit to assess system compliance
• Review effectiveness of corrective actions and drive CAR closure.
• Coordinate internal quality audits and yearly surveillance audits.
• Supervise and assist Document Controller in documentation
• Coordinate on measuring equipment calibration

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics or Quality Engineering
• At least 2 years hands-on experience in QMS programs in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge in ISO 9000 / 13485 & other applicable management standards
• Strong internal auditing skills; Problem Solving techniques
• Ability to interface & communicate effectively with internal & external functional team representative.
• Proficient in MS office software & in handling documentation.
• Effective written communication & good interpersonal skills.
