Role Purpose and Summary:
Our client is hiring a Key Account Manager to focus on developing and executing effective sales strategies to manage the current customer base and attract new customers within specific locations, verticals, and segments. The primary responsibility is to meet sales targets and other designated KPIs. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to help shape and implement the company’s sales strategy. You will act as an advisor to the company’s Business Leaders, identifying both opportunities and risks, and represent Bufab’s solutions and brand. As a trusted partner and solution provider, you’ll be a key point of contact for customers.
Expected Outcomes:
- Understand customer needs and challenges to identify business opportunities, offering value-based solutions to key clients by asking insightful questions.
- Actively engage in customers' R&D processes and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, developing strong rapport with strategic customers.
- Introduce and promote Bufab’s digital and logistics tools to customers.
- Prioritize customers and develop tailored sales strategies for the country, handling accounts in a structured, efficient way.
- Apply creative selling techniques to offer solution-based services, assess risks, and manage projects effectively.
- Monitor industry trends and analyze market demands to produce accurate sales forecasts.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Maintain professionalism in sales and key account management, actively promoting Bufab’s brand, and participating in trade promotions as necessary.
- Achieve business targets and improve work efficiency through smart planning and execution.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or business management (Mechanical degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Fluent in both written and verbal English communication.
- Strong communicator, able to convey ideas clearly at all business levels.
- Active listener with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- A proactive problem-solver with a positive “can-do” attitude.
- Experience supporting multi-functional projects in an international environment with remote locations.
- Positive attitude with a strong interest in building relationships with stakeholders.
- Ambitious and eager to be part of a global, highly engaged team.
- Capable of driving change processes within the organization.
- Effective time management and stress management skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of supply chain management and quality assurance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
