Join a full-service solutions provider with presence in Singapore, Malaysia and China, for the manufacture of high precision industrial and capital equipment to global OEMs. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop project plan.
• Allocate and manage project resources according to the approved plan; analyse actual performance against project targets and take appropriate actions to close the gaps.
• Coordinate with Sales and Production on the technical deliverables: spec review, BOM, drawings, and PO approvals.
• Chair discussions to resolve indirect and direct material issues with Materials team.
• Initiate and attend conference calls with Customer/Internal or any adhoc meeting activities.
• Project scheduling & update need date in SAP on time if there is any pull in/push out by the customers.
• Monitor and report project status to the Project Director
• Ensure all Engineering Change Request/Order (ECR/ECO) are submitted for Pilot and production, conduct necessary ECO reviews, and track all ECOs to ensure cut-in on schedule.
• Manage, track and collaborate with customer/internal for any adhoc rework activities.
• To liaise with production, quality & buyer team for RMA closure.
• Initiate and propose improvement in working environment, daily task, trackers, tools apps, and any best practices.
• Review Open SO on the OTD before every prior to month end to ensure customer goals and company's KPI are met.
• Conduct post project review.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering discipline
• Minimum 2 years in project management, preferably in fast-pace manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of product development, manufacturing processes, project management and risk management, quality tools and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities, strong planning and organizing capabilities.
• Ability to understand both the business & technical aspects of assigned projects.
