Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to gather insights on their C-Parts needs, generate sales, and qualify leads.
- Handle inbound calls and emails, assisting customers with inquiries, quotes, and sales conversions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage long-term business growth.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Keep customer records updated and maintain accurate sales activity reports in CRM software.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- A-Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualifications.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a related role, preferably within the industrial or C-Parts sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Skilled in handling objections and converting leads into customers.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-driven, goal-focused, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work well with colleagues across departments.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
