Join a Singapore-based Corporation with specialty in design, fabrication and installation of complex engineering projects in construction, energy and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure all the computation of payroll is complied with the regulations as stipulated in the local labour law.
- Preparation of employment contract and compute monthly employee payroll for approval.
- To ensure the recruiting request is met according to the recruiting plan.
- Induction of new employees.
- All work pass applications
- Maintain and manage the time attendance system of the company including daily/weekly attendance verification
- To perform any other administration tasks.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- At least a Diploma in Business Studies with minimum 3 years of working experience with similar job function.
- Possess good personality and able to communicate with all levels in the organization.
- Good knowledge in local Employment Act and HR related regulations.
- Able to liaise with government authorities on HR related matters.
