Join a Singapore-based Corporation with specialty in design, fabrication and installation of complex engineering projects in construction, energy and infrastructure. 

Key Responsibilities:

• To control production material and labors in his/her shift make sure production meet plan and targets (quality, efficiency).
• Involved in the investigation of the accidents happened in his\her shift (quality, safety).
• Sample check operators’ daily performance to ensure related WI are executed by operators.
• Control and keep the quality documentation.
• Collect all production information and data. Ensure the accuracy and integrity, generate related reports.
• Make material handler transfer all necessary material (According to plan arrangement) issue to production on time and all finished goods produce in this shift transfer to warehouse on time.
• Corresponding production system operation finished on time.
• Ensure MIS data accuracy and it’s being executed as per procedures.
• Responsible for coordinating issues during equipment failure repairs and supervising equipment maintenance.
• Follow up direct & indirect employee training plan and make sure they execute work according to related documentation and raise problem on time when they meet.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Technical certificates with minimum 3 years of working experience in related capacity.
• Possess good skill in setting up the machine.
• Experience in the manufacturing assembly, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience in leading people in a supervision role.
• Travel may be needed.
