Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily workflow and schedules of the QA department.
• Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure products meet required quality specifications prior to delivery.
• Prepare quality reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Perform process audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to established quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality assurance standards, policies, processes, and controls.
• Liaise and resolve quality-related issues with customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Communicate quality standards and parameters to QA and production teams.
• Identify and analyze recurring issues, defects, and process inefficiencies; recommend and facilitate corrective actions.
• Compile and analyze data related to quality performance and customer feedback.
• Coordinate and facilitate all internal and external audits, including ISO 9001 re-certification and compliance assessments.
• Conduct internal reviews and audits based on QMS ISO 9001.
• Prepare First-Article reports and participate in ISO 9001 internal annual audits.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a QA role within precision engineering, manufacturing, or a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and experience in facilitating audits and re-certification processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively liaise with clients on quality issues.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Proficiency in data compilation and reporting for quality analysis.
