Job Description:

• Setting up and Operating CNC machine to produce precision machine parts and instruments.
• Calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry using micrometers and Vernier calipers.
• Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications and orthographic drawings as well as product dimensions and tolerances.
• Maintain equipment by measuring, examining and testing completed units to prevent default or defects.
• Perform simple troubleshooting of machines
• Machines maintenance after the work completion
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by Supervisor / Manager

Requirement:

• Preferably up to 2 years’ experience in setting up and operating CNC Milling centre
• Able to interpret technical drawings, and having machining knowledge.
