Our Client is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual for the position of Production Planner. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning material requirements and optimizing our manufacturing processes to ensure a consistent output of high-quality products while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain production schedules to meet business goals, customer demand, and production capacity.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure materials are available as needed for production schedules.
• Analyze and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams, to resolve production issues and drive process improvements.
• Monitor and adjust schedules in response to customer orders, supply disruptions, and production variances.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of production data and prepare reports for management review.

Requirements

• Diploma in Manufacturing/Production/Electronics Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years in a production planning or similar role in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team or independently, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
