Our Client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Control (QC) Engineer. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards through meticulous inspection and testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assessments to identify product defects and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Develop and implement inspection processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with QA, process and product teams to drive quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Compile and analyze statistical data to improve product quality, reduce variability, and increase manufacturing efficiency.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action reporting for quality-related issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation and reports for management review.

Requirements

• Diploma in Manufacturing or Quality Engineering
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a quality control or assurance role, preferably in a electronics manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of quality control methodologies such as ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, 45001 and FDA requirements
• Familiar with SQA (Supplier Quality Assurance)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying potential quality issues.
• Able to understand IPC (Institute of Printed Circuits)'s requirement for Printed Circuit Board assembly, as well as the various quality requirements of the plastic and metal components during molding and stamping.
