About The Role
Our client, is seeking a proactive and organized individual to join its team as a Safety Admin Executive. The individual will play a critical role in supporting the health and safety operations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. This position demands excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.
Key Responsibilities
. Serve as the first point of contact for general health & safety inquiries via phone and email, liaising with relevant staff and advising accordingly.
· Organize, record, and acknowledge health & safety meetings, track actions, and monitor progress on safety-related issues.
· Coordinate and oversee health & safety audits, inspections, and ensure timely distribution of reports.
· Maintain all safety-related information in a confidential manner, ensuring adherence to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
· Provide administrative support to the Health & Safety department, including maintaining certifications, safety documents, and generating health & safety reports when required.
· Update and manage data in the online health & safety repository.
· Coordinate, monitor, and schedule health and safety training programs.
. Assist the Health & Safety Manager during site visits as required.
· Carry out all tasks in alignment with the company’s Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
· Minimum O level or higher Nitec· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role within a safety department or related field.
· Possession of an Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) and/or Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification is an added advantage.
· Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels. · High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
