About The Role

The Client is looking to build a dedicated medical team to prioritize the longevity of its Senior Executives by ensuring private high-quality and discreet healthcare and wellbeing. Our Client is hiring an experienced General Practitioner (GP) to provide private medical consultations and healthcare oversight for Senior executives, with a supporting role in medical monitoring for private specialists, emergency readiness, and travel oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily medical consultations and general health check-ups for the executive.
• Provide medical oversight and guidance to Private Medical Team consisting of private nurses, ensuring continuity of care.
• Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Ensure holistic health support without replacing specialist care.
• Provide emergency medical assistance during flights and medical evacuations if needed.

Travel Requirements

• Accompany Senior executives on overseas trips to the USA (Probable frequency once every 6 weeks)
• GP is only required for Private Plane duration and will return to Singapore upon arrival. GP will later fly to USA to receive Senior executives for the return trip.
• GP will be renumerated Per Diem allowance for overseas assignment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensed Medical Practitioner registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in general practice, internal medicine, or corporate healthcare.
• Background in executive health management, family medicine, preventive healthcare, and chronic disease management is beneficial.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Chinese is required due to the need for direct communication with non-English-speaking Senior Executives
• Not required to leave present role if there is no conflict of interest.

Work Schedule

• 5 Days Work Week (3 hours per day); Weekend availability will be advantageous.
• AM (2 hours) + PM (1 hour)
